"Berkeley Mayor Tom Bates took the stage at one point, saying the political state of the nation "couldn't be worse.'' "Every element of our society is under attack,'' said Bates, decrying the war in Iraq, the cutting of domestic social welfare programs and the loss of civil liberties. "We live in incredibly dangerous times,'' Bates said.

I believe in my lifetime -- we will be forced to take action against these lunatics...

They NEVER accept defeat... They NEVER acknowledge THEY are the lunatic fringe....

I'd watch, but not worry. That haven't made any headway in their causes and are losing support. Their insignificant wails are laughed at more than listened to.

Besides, they also know that they wouldn't last three-fifths of a second against our side.
