Yes, the link shows they scheduled it, but did they actually run it? The link says the time may change depending on programing. If they did, they should have their licenses pulled. No excuse for that much stupidity on the public airways. You could hardly call such action serving in the public interest.
They ran it, right before Dodd's speech. As soon as Dodd spoke, the test ended. I was able to switch over to Fox 5 NY and see it.
