Wal-Mart is under NO legal obligation to even have security cameras, much less monitor them 24/7.

I knew that somebody would find a justification to make this murderer Wal-Mart's responsibility.

Fine answer - sue Wal-Mart.

When Wal-Mart has driven all other businesses out - so you gotta' shop there.

When Wal-Mart is virtually the only place to work 'cause (see above) - so you gotta' work there.

Well folks, maybe they have some responsibility.

Well, maybe they don't - after all, just look at the reasons put out to stop child labor laws. And let's not forget the big garment district fire in New York... Hey! none of the business owners were held liable for all those girls who burned up or jumped to their death.

It wasn't their responsibility to keep the doors unlocked so the girls could get out.

Let's hear it for Wally-World!!!
