She was pretty quick to slam GW. I would guarantee that the left relishes the notion of using her critique of GW's speech against him. Just like they relish using McCain's critiques. Boxer will no doubt say from the floor of the Senate: "even conservative commentators, such as Peggy Noonan, feel that President Bush mentions God too much."
