I was just mentioning this to Moose4...I grew up going to a fundamentalist church with a noticeable "end times" obsession (twice-yearly "prophecy conferences" with 30-foot charts tacked up on the wall), and I can guarantee you that none of the Christians there would have reacted with glee to all-out war in the Middle East.
