YOu should differentiate between the minorities and the majority. No one said no arab muslims promote sharia.
Simple fact is, there is no Islamic nation, except in nations where Islamic is pushed down by secularism, like Turkey and Syria and Algeria, where massive Shari movements are not under way. Also, in many nations with a minority muslim population there are major Shari movements there too, and this goes across the range of ethnic groups and schools of islam.
