I have some photos from the Texas Black Tie & Boots, the Texas/WY Ball, and the Parade but I have no idea how to upload them. They were shot at highest resolution on a 5 megapixel camera. Can someone tell me how to do it please?

Do you have a place to store the photos? There are many free image hosting sites. Sign up for one of those, upload your pictures and then link to the site.

You'll first want to reduce the pixel size of your pictures so that they don't overwhelm the server and our individual ISPs. If you can get each individual picture reduced to 72dpi and around 720x480, that will help to keep the file small. I used Photoshop to resize my pictures and to take out some unnecessary color info to make the file more suitable for the web. Some image software has an adjustment for web use, so please use that and save it with a different file name so that you don't mess up the original image, which you might want to get prints of at a later date. Make sure the finished web file is a jpg.
