Yep. Under the last count I saw, Bush got over than 3.3 million votes more than Kerry.
Of course, rather than acknowledging the huge difference in the actual number of votes between Bush and Kerry, the Democrats like to point to the fact that Bush won with "only" 51% of the popular vote.
The last Democrat president to get more than 51% of the popular vote was LBJ. The last one before LBJ was FDR. Before FDR you have to go back to Andrew Jackson.
