The only common ground there can be is: Killing babies is morally wrong.

It is not a mother's right to kill her baby. It is a mother's duty and obligation (responsibility)to do everything to protect the baby.

And you can't have it both way: You can't say I wouldn't do it but it's okay if you do it. That statement is an analogy for any crime.
