If they know who they are and they aren't dead already then someone isn't doing their job.

Actually they are better off under surveillance than dead. Their phone calls and emails and banking activities could prove valuable.

Wait. We are going to fight the terrorists "over there."
Not here on our own streets!
If they're already here - leave 'em alone, right?

What will be the excuse they use when these terrorist evade surveillance and kill American people? If they know who the terrorist are and where they live they should make them disappear. We don't give a damn where or what they do with them either.

I watched a documentary the other night about the war in Afghanistan (the current one) and although the left wing leanings of the film's authors was obvious the thing that stood out to me was the absolute disregard for human life of the soldiers. I suppose you could call them soldiers. They had no fire discipline and seemed oblivious to bullets flying around while they were mugging for the camera. The American advisors (many of them CIA) were totally professional and cool under fire by contrast. The Afghan forces, I'm sorry to say, seemed for the most part not very bright. Like a bunch of heavily armed grade school students on a field trip. God help our troops over there.
