Also "subject to the jurisdiction of..." meant that one could be drafted into the military or tried for treason against the Sovereign in question.
Research the FTAA if you really want to get sick. We won't have ANY borders.
Yes, we were discussing not funding the border guards and defunding the airial drones on the border as well. There are 115 reps in the House (tancredo, sensenbrenner, etc) and 1 in the Senate worth saving. Jim Inhofe, who was the only repub in the senate to vote against the intelligence bill after they took out the immigration provisions.
Let them know what you think! www.house.gov and www.senate.gov

Stop having a multi billion dollar trade deficit and start the factories back up. Like we used to do.
Narcofilth can't operate at the enterprise level without bribes being paid to public officials. We will deal with narcofilth (producers. smugglers, sellers, and users) when two things happen: 1. We are honest about the level of eradication of the problem we want, and that's "a lot." 2. We pay the price to get it.

See my post # 90. thoghts?
Bush can insult Americans --- say they're too lazy to work hard or too arrogant for some jobs --- yet he doesn't blink when it comes to sending Americans to die in Iraq --- something the Mexican army isn't about to do.
Our immigration policies are so bad that the worst drug kingpins can easily must move over the the USA side when they think things are getting too dangerous for themselves in Mexico --- the drug jefes are the ones who ruined Mexico the most --- but their money gets them over here eaily.
In other words Bush has no intention of ever controlling the borders no matter how much pressure from the American people is put on him."
I don't see any other politician, Dem or Repub, putting much pressure on him either.
bttt
Tancredo and Sensenbrenner sure have been. Besides, as the president whose duty it is to control the borders from invasion should they have to?
