Personally, I'm warming up to the idea of invading Mexico, declaring it the 51st state, and declaring marshal law in the border areas. You have that exactly right. The difference in real estate values between land on our side of the rio grande and their side, shows that it is not the land that counts, it is the people who govern it. And this is true around the world, SK and NK is also a good example.

If another country did to its neighbor what we did to mexico territorially, that is exactly what our government might say today.

I don't have a problem with annexation through military conquest, but a spade should be called a spade.
