Rogers and Shaw both have it (Channel 197 on Rogers Digital is FREE for 2 months)Bell ExpressVU does not!
In some parts of Canada where SHAW is carried they do not yet have it up and running bu hope to within the next few weeks. At least that's what they are promising.
