Of course they do! People will always judge you rightly or wrongly... its called life. Why parents let their kids mark themselves up in their teens is beyond me.

WHat's funny is that in some states you do not have to tell your parents you are getting an abortion but you are required to get their permission to get a tattoo.

Crazy isnt it!
