I've got coffee plants growing in my yard here in Miami, but I believe the native Florida coffee is pretty bad...OTOH, I don't drink coffee anyway, although my wife carries around a cup most of the day, I think she mainly likes the smell.
Yes, lots of foreign stuff is lots better than our own, you can hardly avoid getting it. Some of our stuff is better as well, though I'm not sure what our main exports are.
Anyhow, I'm a free market free trade person pretty much.
Sure you know what our main exports are-- services! Nobody buys a computer operating system written in China, and German movies suck. The NYSE is the only board worth listing a company on, and the French have Disneyland/Wal-Mart/McDonalds etc. and offer no competition.
