"Be on both programs":Not so in California, anyway. If Senior's choose the new Medicare program, they will be dropped from the Medicaid program. They can NOT be on both medical programs. They have to choose. That may be the problem in Tennesee,and the Judge is confused? Perhaps they chose MediCare and so yes, Tennesee is within their rights to discontinue the MediCAId on those that chose MediCARE. Whew! It is very confusing, but thanks to FR, the truth will prevail!

Anyway, cutting to the chase:

Judge William J. Haynes, Jr. was appointed to the position of United States District Judge for the Middle District of Tennessee by President Clinton on November 15, 1999.

So there you go - - yep, Haynes is a scumbag....
