It's too bad it wasn't worth it for the US to go to Iraq, pull Saddam the Wicked out of his hidey hole, liberate the country, set things in train for liberty all over the Middle East, isn't it, because nobody over there gives a sand castle one way or the other.

There were Americans who had to walk or drive a few blocks and stand in line and complained about it. Could GW be right? Could the power of freedom be so great?

And yet, how many of those same (agonized) voters, those poor, suffering, huddled masses, would stand in line for a concert or a movie and never ever think twice about it?

This thread is about as exhilarating as the live one on our election night when we voted for the "Big Picture" guy. What a great feeling to be able to share that with our Iraqi brothers and sisters. May God bless them and keep them safe along with our great military heroes. Post #12 got me too. Happy Tears.
