Illegals from Mexico are not only the more innocent and harmless "wetbacks" looking for work --- there are many who are part of the narco-trafficking organized crime rings of Mexico and that kind is very dangerous and violent. There are many coming in who never did farm work in their whole life --- coming from the slums of Mexico City who never saw a bale of hay or would ever plan to help load them into a truck. In fact --- Mexico destroyed it's farms about 15 years ago --- you won't find that many Mexicans under 20 anymore who grew up on farms and will do that kind of work. Even the illegals who do farm work will tell you that --- their 15 year younger brothers and cousins want to come here --- but they don't want to do farm work.

That would explain the ridiculous numbers of Ecuadorians who visit my office building every day. There is some consulate office in it. Many of these people seem to have been airlifted directly from the rural areas of Ecuador, it is very hard to comprehend how they made it all the way from Ecuardor to Jersey City without ever once seeing an elevator or a revolving door. They are hillbillies pure and simple, and I can only guess that after their "paperwork" is "regularized" that they are shipped directly to some US farms, presumably to never have to wrestle with a "spinny door" again.

Oh well, back to the old tag line.
