Giving terrorism the finger!
To: Darkwolf377
I have to go, but want to make a suggestion before I do:
FReepers should start an email effort tonight that encourages every American, every lover of Freedom, to ink their right index finger BLUE tomorrow, as a sign of solidarity with the Iraqi people!

there was some fear that people that voted could be identified as long as several days later by the ink on their finger and marked for retaliation.
what . . . brave . . . people.
ted kennedy can shove it.

DNC talking points are being compiled as Iraqis vote:
Not enough Sunni participation. Vote was illegitimate.
Not all eligible Iraqis voted. Vote was illegitimate.
Dan Rather got a hangnail in Baghdad. Vote was illegitimate.

That's so much more profound than an "I voted" sticker! How cool is it to be FOR Iraq.

Amazing, and tonight I was watching the Communist News Network and they were spewing how there was "low voter turn out" in Iraq, and here you got a pic right from the Communist News Network showing a long line of people. Low voter turn out my azz. That line is twice as long as the line I had to wait on Nov. 2nd for US elections. Freggin` Commie News Network and their bull.

... and somehow I don't think Jesse Jackson will be asking for a full recount because there weren't enough polling stations, etc.
Amazing how these folks can stand there with the threat of mortars being lobbed their way, and yet we can't get damn near everyone here to go vote, and one party has to pay people with crack to register a dozen "Dick Tracy's" to give them a chance to win.

A standard "Bic Ballpoint" should be enough to provide the ink to do the trick. Pull the resevoire and snip the end.
Making this something EVERYONE can do.
I really like this idea. It's also showing the support and respect for those who sacrificed their lives to make this day happen.

Good ole John F'n. He'd invalidate the elections and announce it was all a mistake: wrong war, wrong place, wrong time.
This election is a quagmire!

No sneeze, pure emotion.

Pictured here is Mehsin Imgoter, weeping after voting in Southgate, Michigan. His son was killed in the Shi'ite uprising against Saddam Hussein in 1991 and did not live to see a free Iraq. (Photo and description thanks to Hindrocket at Powerline blog.)
