Love your tagline! :-)
It's got my vote, too! As one Iraqi man called it: the "finger of freedom"!

Great photos!
bump for later
This is a resounding, massive defeat for Terrorist Inc.!
I am so profoundly moved by the photos and the reports I have seen about the elections in Iraq. I have cried tears of JOY for the brave Iraqi people today. Watching the coverage and seeing these photos I have been awestruck. I am so proud of our President and of all the brave men and women in our wonderful military!
I am so grateful to live in our wonderful country and I pray that those Americans (here and abroad) who are naysayers, will witness the bravery and determination of the Iraqi people shown yesterday, and will open their eyes and see that "Freedom is not Free" and that we here in the USA are so very blessed to have it, and it is our DUTY as Americans, to help others obtain it! We have done this in Iraq and I am proud of that.
I see these incredible photos and tears stream down my cheeks. I feel such an overwhelming sense of pride for this land of ours and what we stand for and yet I feel so very humbled by the amazing bravery and great will of the Iraqi people at the same time. It is such a beautiful thing.
God bless you all, fellow FReepers!! : )
Let FREEDOM Reign!!
I wanted to say the same.
This is the best news I've heard for a long long time - lets hope this plant is growing roots.
Shame.

Agreed! This photo captures the very essence of it all. Amen!!
I wonder how far he carried her?
I don't know and hadn't thought about that. The pic was on the thread Bush comments about Iraq election.
It's evident though, that they were both determined she be able to vote.
I'm so thrilled for the Iraqis and their bravery to go vote so they can take back their country. Can't imagine how that would feel after all those years fearing Saddam!
I got to find some blue ink!
Well, he tried. He was on the air giving us his holy opinion and you know, it ain't worth s---! What a loser.
It IS a pilgrimage, for FREEDOM, at long last. Thank you President Bush!
You're so right! God has a plan for Iraq, a place where much of biblical history took place, and He wants to break the back of Islam. Islam is bondage, Christianity is freedom. God used President Bush to bring freedom to the masses in Iraq. We will need to pray for that country for a long time so that terrorists will not take over. These people want democracy and they want freedom of religion, not a theocracy. Good for them!
