How many Americans would have risked being shot or blown up to go vote? To have a permanent ink mark on the finger that ID's you as a target?
These people really wanted to participate. That's all I'm saying.

My guess is not many given today's society. According to the dems, minority vote is supressed by simply putting a police officer in the area.
