Off topic, DJF, what is going on now with Mt. St. Helen's?
Quake activity has diminished, but quakes, while small, are still regular, about one per minute.
Minor steam eruption last Saturday.
A new set of instruments put up there on the dome about 3 weeks ago, a gps, a videocamera, and a seismometer were destroyed in a rockfall.
Weyerhauser has gotten permission from USFS to restart logging in the restricted zone.
Lava dome continues to grow, ests. are about a cubic yard per second.
Other than that, not much. Been over a month since I was in the vicinity, weathers supposed to clear for a while, maybe I'll head down there for a day.
