Morally the aggrieved parties (i.e., all law abiding citizens of the USA) are entitled to see a little snatch and grab south of the border with justice meted out appropriately. I think the 9th or 10th amendments cover the situation, along with natural law.

Isn't there a way that you can sue the azzholes that turned this piece of trash loose? The $$$ won't bring back/replace your hubby, but Dear God, it would go a LONG way to stopping others from suffering the same.
