Because if illegal immigrants are now doing jobs that Americans won't do, then the government should increase the level of legal immigration, if that's the case, a legal immigrant or an illegal immigrant is of the same caliber. Uh Rush, that is what the guest worker program is all about. People who want to work and legally.
