That's just what I was thinking. Screwing the Border Patrol but empowering the IRS jackboots is downright Clintonian. If this is part of some sort of conservative Master Plan, I, for one, would appreciate it if Bush would clue his base in a little.

I agree, bolster INS and you will get more return for your tax-payer dollar. We know what illegal immigration's social costs are. That money could be put to much better use than providing social services and education for the illegal population in "our" country. Mr. President make the immigrant fit the law. Do not make the law fit the immigrant.

YES, YES YES! The question now is WHY there isn't more border security. Your "Two-Party Cartel" again sucking the livlyhood from the people & providing us a less secure nation. 80% plus want the opposite from the pols that we elect. Shows ya how much they listen to us but they know that 99% are re-elected each cycle.
