That is why I said "future". They are working the technology. I am in the military, and if the order came down for me to implant this device under my skin, I don't know what I would do. I would weigh out the options I guess. If I refused to obey the order they may discharge me which effects more than me, it effects first my wife and kid, and depending on the status of war, it could effect others as well. I would consider it, but it would weigh heavy.
As a spouse, I would not want it! The Gov't doesn't need to track anyone. Let to know where I'm at. I know what your thinking, what about if my hubby comes up missing. This will find him. No wouldn't want it, sorry. I'd just go on living and hoping. No one needs a tracking device.
Just tell them that the chip is the mark of the beast and you will carry a chip on every item of clothing. They are so tiny that they would be nearly impossible to find if hidden well like in a hem or belt loop or boot lace.
Heck they are so cheap to produce that you swallow one before every mission in a capsule.
