Once, when a judge ordered him to move the trash, he put it on his roof. LOL

He's now going to jail for parole violations, not the junk. I have no sympathy for that.
He should have known he doesn't own his own "property" to begin with.

While he's jailed, send City workers to the house and clean up all the junk, dispose of it, then bill him (put a lein on his house, attach his paycheck) for it. And if he gets out and starts up again, do it again.

No, he's flouted the law. The judge is going to flaunt the law to Davis.
I wonder what sort of WWII fighter he has in his yard. That would make great playground equipment.

"Mr. Davis is marching to the beat of his own drum at all times," the judge said."
One man's junk is another man's treasure.
I used to collect pre war cars in the early 1970s after American Graffitti came out. I had a 1935 Plymouth Coupe and I was looking for body parts. In my area there were a lot of packrat junk dealers who dealt in old car parts. To find them you had to be involved with secretive collectors and you had to prove to them that you had a car and you were a serious restorer.
I got a lead on a guy in Duncan BC who owned a shed on the Island Highway and paid him a visit. He not only had rafters of body parts for my make he had gaskets, piston rings and ignition parts for every American car going back to Model T's in their original packaging.
His prices were ridiculous. $2.00 for a head gasket that would cost you $500.00 in travel expences to buy at a big US swap meet.
Today's eccentric junk dealer is tomorrow's archeologist.

He violated his probation by not returning home from work on time.
Carlie Brucia's killer violated his probation too, she paid with her life for that judge's lack of discipline in enforcing the law.

On Monday, a judge sentenced Davis to three years in prison for violations of his house arrest, including failing to return home from work on time and keeping part of a World War II fighter plane in his yard.
Are we sure this doesn't warrant life, without the possibility of parole? Sounds like that junk is about to cost the taxpayers of Florida about $120K.

The man should have gotten a degree in archeology or anthropology. Then secured a grant to study his junk. Then instead of going to jail, he would've been celebrated in peer review magazines.
