Eason Jordan had better be able to prove what he alleged against our troops. I assume he was talking out of his rear, and if so I consider his slander to be treasonous.

Twelve journalists killed by U.S. troops? Eason Jordan, meet Joe McCarthy.

What a surprise that Representative Hotbottom (D-MA) and Senator Stewardess Sandwich (D-CT) didn't jump to the defense of our armed forces. /s
What a disgusting display by that dipwad Jordan and the rest of the spineless weasels that didn't immediately b***h slap him.

Eason Jordan admitted that what CNN reported out of Iraq before the war was exactly what Saddam Hussein told them to report out of Iraq. The man has no credibility, and his network CNN has no credibility as a serious news gathering organization.

Our troops have been called 'occupiers', 'part of the problem' and countless other things and now murderers...
The freedoms that this Eason Jordan enjoys comes from the sacrifices made on his behalf by those he so shamelessly denigrates.

In light of how certain news organizations cooperate with terrorists to get in-action photos - I think the REVERSE is much closer to the truth.
In previous wars they would have been shot for treason or fighting out of uniform - as were the German soldiers dressed as American MP's in WWII.

I know we dropped a bomb on Al-Jazeera and Al-Arabiya's Baghdad station on the initial "shock and awe" day killing on guy from Al-Jazeera. I consider them enemy combatants though and applaud that action.

Isn't this the same Eason Jordan that wouldn't report the truth from Iraq? Yes it is! (Post 16 Thanks) How much, if any, credibility does this guy have. He, CNN and the rest of the MSM (save Foxnews) hate the United States and our military. This is libelous, treasonous and downright idiotic!

As a last note, I think that this article is a good pointer to the future of the news: average people, freely saying what they want, as they saw it, for anyone to see. To me, that is freedom of the press. This crap may pass as "freedom of the press" in Switzerland, but it looks like tabloid quality slander from here.

Is the weasel journalist who claimed the soldier shot a wounded terrorists still alive?
If so, this puke should shut the heck up 'cause if this reporter wasn't killed by the U.S. military yet, then the others don't have to worry.
To: Dales
Since this is a secure site, I can tell you that US troops do not target media types. The reason is obvious! The media types, including most of these panel members, are well paid by the US military to report back key information that allows evil-doers to be neutralized. The media collects information on, say, restoring water and electricity to Baghdad and while out in the field, pick up scraps of info about bad guys in the building over there. They report back to their control agent, get paid and the building gets zapped.
No, the military needs the eyes, ears and reports of the media types, especially the beebers and Reuters and CNN people and would do nothing to harm them at least, so long as they continue to provide good military/criminal information.

Eason Jordan asserted that he knew of 12 journalists who had not only been killed by US troops in IraqComplete and total, 100% bullsh!t.
If this had actually been happening, CNN would be running it 24 hours a day.

"Eason Jordan, Chief News Executive of CNN" Unbelievable... Period.
CNN has NO credibility, and if they led by liars like this -- it is clear why.
This "article" should be faxed to EVERY venue in the nation, and demand that this clymer produce some evidence - or resign and apologize to our forces.
