Pope 'Quite Well,' Spent Peaceful Night

VATICAN CITY (Reuters) - Pope John Paul is "quite well" and spent a peaceful night in hospital, Ansa news agency said on Wednesday, quoting an unnamed Vatican source

The European press is saying he will be kept in the hospital a few more days, as a precaution, but he was celebrating Mass this morning with the monsignor who is his personal secretary.

Thanks for the post! It must be all those prayers offered up for him yesterday. That, plus the love of God!

Of course, the media all ran to the hospital, like moths to a flame, anticipating the "frail religious leader" might breathe his last. Ha! He'll probably outlive the lot of them.
