So can he be fired (regardless of tenure) from his position teaching Indian Ethnic Studies, since he apparently has been committing fraud over his qualification to teach that subject?

According to AIM, he is not even an Indian, although he claims to be. I wonder if his claims of Vietnam service are false as well? Someone should look into it.
