How can someone be 1/4, part, or 1/8th of a religion? Judaism is a religion. I can become a Jew. I cannot become an Israelite nor any other race by conversion.

I am talking about being ethnically Jewish, not being religiously Jewish. For the most part, Jews are descended from the ancient Israelites.

I watched that documentary on the Weather Underground a few weeks ago and the common thread admitted by the two or three that had any contrition at all, was that folks who feel they have the moral high ground often become drunk with it and it leads to excess and absolute justification whether Stalin or Mao or Pol Pot or Hitler....or even Marat or Robespierre
