At one time the dead man was known to be a leading and outspoken rival and critic of the current President of Georgia, who appointed him to be his Prime Minister.

As that old Georgian Uncle Joe, used to say:" Keep your friends close and your enemies ClOSER".

I think if this was a "deed most foul"... look closely at all those currently in control of Georgia.
