Goodness...livid! You write as if Russert were some unbiased news interview hound. He's anything butt. He had Kerry on so they could play a round of badminton...as old women play at it.
One can only tell lies if there's a modicum of trust nearby, and Russert started to build a bridge of trust to his viewers by questions concerning JF'nK's 180, but blew it right back out with lame follow-up, and giving JFKii his opportunity to lay down a thick layer of fog and Barbra Streisand.

You're absolutely right, but to my knowledge, Russert is the only MSN anchor to ever ask Kerry directly and on the air to sign the 180.
Of course, Kerry was lying and will continue to lie so it seems to me that Russert is the one that we should put the pressure on. Will he follow up or won't he? Is he a real "journalist" or a shill?
I'm emailing him to encourage him to follow up.
