He must be a Democrat, since he can't form proper sentences and is arguing the legislature has the power to decide contested elections.

I have known one of the justices, Richard Sanders, for 30 years. He is a hard-core constitutional conservative. Calling him a liberal, a democrat, or a socialist is not only wrong, it is just plain ignorant.

I also don't think that they will throw out a sitting governor, but not for the same reason as you. I don't believe that they have the guts.

You may have known him for a century for all I care. I have read some of his opinions. They are not conservative or friendly at all. You may like the guy, but he has some screwed up opinions along the way. Several.
