Well, I wouldn't SUE anybody for such a thing, but I'd be alarmed, and then sore as hell, if someone came to my door at that hour, even if they were delivering a new Jaguar.

And people who don't understand why...are lucky, and that's all I'm saying on that score.

I'll admit that I would have been annoyed (and I wouldn't have eaten the cookies, either, but then I'm the highly suspicious sort).

That is awfully late, but get real. If I were king this idiot judge and the crazy woman would be forced to spend an evening together in a locked room. I would have either dismissed the case or made the girls apologize for startling the lady late at night.

I still get 4AM phone calls from college pals of 35 years
ago. We talk women, jobs, beer, and politics. I guess we
lack graymatter.
