How many colonies did the US military have in Africa?
I know there were British, French, Dutch and others but I don't remember any USA colonies. Liberia comes the closest but the US military did not occupy it.

I think the only colonial power that should pay reparations is Belgium - they totally mucked up the Congo and left too quickly for any sort of coherent country to form.
