Be glad he lost the Dem nomination in 1980; would have been worse than Carter. Once again, this past year, we were saved from a Kerry presidency. They're finished. God loves us. And there are more smart Americans than dumb Americans.

Had Kennedy won the nomination in 1980, it would have been Reagan vs. Kennedy. And I'm not seeing how Kennedy would have run better than Carter against Reagan.
