Well Dennis Rodman not only wore them he endorsed his own line of leather shoes for converse a number of years back
Quick! Where's the barf bag!
Of course, PETA has had a long history of not making friends with their ads...
WE belong to a different PETA...people eating tasty animals...
He opened a nightclub in Newport Beach, CA. Want to buy a bottle of champagne for $500 ? It's a nice place but can get pricey if you bring a date.

Rodman met PETA vice-president Dan Mathews at a Miami nightclub, where he told the animal rights advocate about his Dennis Rodman Foundation which helps the homeless. Mathews told him about PETAs program that donates thousands of cast off fur coats to the homeless.
He said this sounds like the perfect partnership, Mathews tells The Scoop. He said that furriers have pushed free furs on him over the years, and hes always refused. He said that he was always embarrassed when an ex-wife wore furs.
Kill it before it multiplies.
What utter crap! PETA is nowhere near a good cause and Fox knows it. Dennis Rodman is a total freakin' loser and taking one's clothes off is not something Fox should be covering like they did. They showed the nude pic and they even showed a few seconds of video from the photo shoot - and, yes, the Rodman the ass was bare ass naked.
A new low for Fox & Friends.
Dennis Rodman's first foray into the food game was the nightclubby Josh Slocum's. With his property's new incarnation, Slocum's is now Rodman's: an all-encompassing restaurant with a traditional menu fused with experimental touches. A good portion of the menu is seafood-based (the salmon is a house specialty), but the chef's selection of steak ranks up there with any four-star chophouse in the county.
Could have been worse. D'ya know how my mind's eye read the name Rodman?
"Rodham"
And then I couldn't ward off the image that followed...
Someone has figured out he's irrelevant and needs some cheap publicity again. Or there's a girl in PETA he wants to impress.
I went to Jr. High with this nitwit. He never ceases to underwhelm.
Dry Pigment
Vodka
Glycerine
Propylene Glycol
Blender
Safety Equipment
Sterile Ink Bottles
Note it contains GLYCERINE, as most all tattoo inks do. Glycerine - The source of this glycerine is usually animals (which include pigs too) or plants, based on whatever was available at the time of production. Some companies say that they try to use vegetable based glycerine most of the time but they cannot guarantee it. It is very hard to find vegetable-based product - and it is very expensive.
Now the question - Did Rodman make sure his tattoo ink was vegan? Hmmmm? How funny it would be to find out the ink use contained pig glycerine!Hellooooo!
No kidding.....I wonder how many PETA activists have any respect for life when it comes to ABORTION???
Pray for W and Our Amazing Troops
OMG! I'm sorry, but that is one ugly man.
Thanks for the pic [I think] *shudder* and helping me make my point. ;-)
Too many freeks, not enough circuses.
