When I went in, the USAF was still issueing 1505's in Kacki tan. In my second year those were replaced with the 1550's in blue.

Before I got out, they started up that SRA rank. (between Airman First Class and Buck Sgt.) We still had the standard issue O.D. fatigues but they did change from the Blue + Silver stripes to O.D. and Drab Blue (Black?) subdued stripes.

Seems like a million years ago . . .

Some octopi take on the coloration of deadly sea snakes....

I can do that.

if they'd just revive the Sam Brown belt, all would be right in the world.

Brigadier General Rich McPhee, left, and Col. John Norwood talk Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2005,

What are they talking about? I only see one person in this picture, facing away from the camera!

Some octopi take on the coloration of deadly sea snakes to scare away predators.

I take on the color of personal responsibility to scare away liberals.

Ever try to button up your uniform when several drill sergeants are yelling at the top of their lungs and tossing things around? It's never too late for Velcro.

The Army really needs to get rid of those class a & b busdriver uniforms and go back to khaki.

Yep. No problem. If a yelling drill sargeant flusters someone to the point they can't operate a button...

Thank you for the kind words regarding our Tiger Stripe camo patterns. We have worked very hard to make a good effective product. The Air Force has not adopted our "digital" TIGERPAT pattern and is defining the word bureaucracy. After working two years on the AF uniform program, they just won't listen to our professional suggestions. They are now testing a tiger stripe that uses out-dated simplistic digital artwork techniques. In a word, it's trash. We have far superior 21 century patterns today which are much like a F/A 22 Raptor. The current test pattern is just a re-furbed F4 Phantom. They could have a much better pattern if they would just listen.

Knocking heads with the Pentagon is like knocking heads with an elephant. They are so big, they don't have to care.

Ever notice what happens to Velcro when it is wet and full of mud and other organic materials?

You've never been in basic training, have you?

"You've never been in basic training, have you?"

Yes, but buttons were never a challenge.

This would be the new uniforms that liberals want our military to wear.
