Gota love since Shinsecki has been the Army chief of staff he as tried to make the army more like the Marines. These new fatigues only nicely prove the point.

You should have seen how McPeak turned the Air Force uniforms into a bastardized version of the Navy uniform. I was so glad when he retired and Fogleman changed the uniforms back the way they had been before. McPeak took away our stripes, fer cryin' out loud!

Shinseki has been gone for a year and a half. His concept of a new touchy-feely Army hardly took the United States Marine Corps as its model.
