They have a strategic advantage over us. Our side follows the Marquess of Queensberry rules, and wouldn't dream of digging dirt on a reporter's personal life. Engaging in such vicious personal attacks doesn't even phase them. Not even for a moment. Liberals are vicious beyond all comprehension.

Louise, nobody ever questioned the legitimacy of CNN when Clinton was in the White House. That was an entire company full of Democrat political operatives.

...regarding James "JD" Guckert (AKA Jeff Gannon)....

This appears to be identical syntax to that used in a troll's post on an earlier thread. Hmmm.

Hmmmm? Why are the ultra lefties so up in arms over Jeff Gannon? Because Rush keeps talking about him.

Also .. the WH bunch are a little nervous that people are going to get in there who are going to actually ask the President intelligent questions .. which shows them up .. because none of their questions are intelligent.

It's like Rush has been saying. For years the lefty media was never challenged on what they said .. and all of a sudden they are being held accountable for their inane questions. It's got to smart a lot.

Unbelieveable. FR got Dan Rather and all they can do to respond is go after Gannon and Talon News.

In light of the mounting evidence that your Administration has, on several occasions, paid members of the media to advocate in favor of Administration policies

on several occasions???

Maybe I'm outta the loop on this but, other than Armstrong Williams, can someone tell who this administration paid to advocate in favor of it's policies?

WTF? These are serious charges and they are made in the typically Dem infantile, sophomoric fashion. If anything there is not true this guy has certain grounds to take action. "Prostitution of Military"? What is that.

I waded into the sleaze and found out. Allegedly, and I repeat Allegedly... the same registrant for Jeff Gannon.com is the same registrant for militory escorts.com and a couple other gay/military type urls.

Again, this is all just allegations by the left wing whackos. It could be true, but just as easily may be bogus smears.

Unfortunate name.

Nope, very apt. Her speciality in Congress has been the promotion of abortion-on-demand-and-without-apology.

Thanks. It would boggle my mind if this kind of sleaze was associated with someone allowed a press pass to the WH. That's why I have to assume it's bogus. I'm eagerly awaiting his response.

This is excellent! I have been encouraging the GOP to expose WH, NY, and east coast elite liberal "reporters", for a decade.

The battle is joined!

Delicious, to expose every divorce, affair, finances, spouses, children, dinner partners, and business activities of every MSM political organization, (ABCCBSNBCCNNPBSMSNBC) and THEIR individual reporters.

Crush, kill and destroy! Forty years of political activism in the guise of "reporting", will be exposed.

And the drum beats escalate.

Hmmm... they may nab Gannon, but considering we have Dan Rather's scalp, and perhaps Eason Jordan's on the way.... I say, at the veryvery least, advantage New Media.

This is no more than a naked attempt by the Dems to define the "media." Anyone not in the MSM club=partisan and not credentialed. Sorry Dems, not gonna work. The cats out of the bag, the people don't trust the MSM plain and simple.

Rep. Louise M. Slaughter (NY-28), long time champion of media reform and Ranking Member of the House Committee on Rules, sent a letter to President George W. Bush today asking him to explain how discredited "reporter" Jeff Gannon was credentialed as a member of the legitimate media by the White House.

And the discredited "reporters" like Dan Rather of the MSM is more legitimate in some way than internet reporters?! Give me a freakin' break! This is a witch hunt, pure and simple.

We respectfully ask your office to look into how a partisan political organization and an individual with no credentials as a reporter -- and apparently operating under an assumed name -- landed a coveted spot in the White House press corps.

Congressperson Slaughter,

We ask that you look into how your mouth organ, the NY Times, allowed a reporter to steal others work & pass it off as his own.

We ask that you look into how your mouthpiece CBS News could fabricate a story out of wholecloth for the purpose of changing an election.

We ask that you look into how, with Slick Billy was in office, there was a disaster looming for the Social Security program, but now y’all claim W is falsifying a problem.

And, most of all, we beg you to find a consistent position on any subject. That, or just go home and let the grown ups take care of things.
