Operating under what false pretences, Torie? Unless you know something I don't know, we have no proof Jeff Gannon didn't give his real name to the White House when getting his daily press pass. And he wouldn't be the first reporter to use a pseudonym. Remember Mark Twain?

I saw your earlier post just after I made mine. He still isn't using his real name, but it is a closer match according to the Snopes version. It's an interesting question, whether reporters are using their real names or pen names (to the public that is).
