Gerald Krien, 26, faces charges of solicitation to commit murder, according to Klamath County sheriff's deputies.
That seems like a strange charge considering you were soliciting the solicitee to commit their own murder. And does the legal definition of murder fit a situation where you kill yourself?

Pick a charge, any charge... Not sure, but I think the fact that there is a woman who is allegedly agreeing to involve her kids, that it's murder, not just a group suicide.

Sitting in jail for having bad thoughts?
Sounds scary to me.
I would rather jail folks after they did something.
