If these were private "e-mails" (e.g. FR private mail messages) that were intercepted, there is a federal law called the "Electronic Communications Privacy Act" that may be relevant in this case.
If they were public messages on the web site, they weren't "e-mails" as the Washington Post calls them.
Zero results.
The only way private e-mail should have been available is if one of the parties made it so.
More likely MD4Bush could be a deep troll trying to find dirt for the media
ECPA has this exclusion:
It shall not be unlawful under this chapter for a person
not acting under color of law to intercept a wire, oral, or electronic communication where such person is a party to the communication or where one of the parties to the communication has given prior consent to such interception unless such communication is intercepted for the purpose of committing any criminal or tortious act in violation of the Constitution or laws of the United States or of any State.
Seems like it'd be an out...
It's entirely possible that MD4BUSH is with WaPo.
