Why is McDonald's being singled out? What about Burger King and Arby's and KKC??? They all sell greasy curley fries and fries. (Which are delicious but I don't LIVE on them. I buy them as a treat now and then).
But why is this just Mac's?????

Why is McDonald's being singled out?
McD just lucked out to be at the top of the list. Now that the lawsuit was successful, look for other food sellers to get their notices to appear in court. Then, look for the efforts to expand into other venues.
This was just step #1.

Why is McDonald's being singled out? For the same reason that lawyers also have -- deep pockets.

McDonalds isn't being singled out, they're just first on a very long list. I think a hear a stampede of lawyers over the hill.....

Why is McDonald's being singled out?I think they are not being singled out, as much as they are simply the first. The rest will follow in line. Kind of sucks, doesn't it?
