Can anyone say "tort reform?"

Isn't this disgraceful? But I am actually glad they are going after some one else. Maybe this will wake the general public up that smoker's aren't the only ones that have been targeted.

Something has to give.

Wonder what would happen should paying nuisance blackmail become more expensive than fighting the legal fight?

Why would the lawyers, who are the majority of lawmakers; and the judges, who manipulate the laws to the advantage of attorneys, want to bring an end to a system that only benefits attorneys?

Tort reform = Kill all the attorneys.

I believe the Senate just passed a bill that limits awards in class action lawsuits and restricts their venue to federal courts.

thats Tart Reform to make it meet the food nazi-guides of forced nanny state protecting instead of embracing individual responsabiliy and say to the lard butt "Lay the Super Sized Jumbo Meal down and back away from the table."
