We watched a Bruce Willis movie about the genocide in Nigeria called, "Tears of the Sun," the other night. I think that the movie is a fairly accurate depiction of what is going on in multiple places in Africa. I highly recommend the movie.
The UN needs to be disbanded. It is beyond reforming. Peace keeping missions need to be formed on an as needed basis by coalitions of the willing and funded on a pay as you go basis. You can't trust bureaucrats with the kind of money that would be involved.
I've seen that movie. Your recommendation has much merit.
