Im not entirely sure whether the Indian AF pilot you have shown is a Gurkha-a lot of Indian pilots come from the North-east of the country or West Bengal & ethnically have no differences with the Gurkhas.Gurkhas have always preferred to be land warriors.
Not all pepole with flat nose and chinky eyes are gorkhali yeah but there are lots of gorkhalis migrated to India.
