None of this would matter if Mark Schweiker decided to run for re-election as Governor in '02. He would have kicked Ed Rendell's fat butt.
Schweiker would have lost to Rendell. I'm from Bucks. Schweiker had no appeal whatsoever and everyone in PA loves Fat Eddie, the football analyst.
I've said it before, Rendell would be the Dems' best candidate for president in 2008. Regular guy.
