with the average house in OC going for 600K today, this land purchase is an excellent investment...if ya got the bank! LOL

1.2 Million per acre, how many homes will they smash into one acre? Geez louise! I'm VERY happy I live in Texas - I've got 8 1/2 acres, with 1 house, and paid $240,000 for it.

Your right, the numbers look good when the Average price is $600,000. Gads, I'm old. I remember when if one netted $10,000 on a spec house, you were cutting a fat hog in the @ss.
